We’re seeking a channel sales manager with hunter instincts to join our growing global channel organization. Our sales executives are leaders who are motivated, proactive and passionate about generating new business in new territories and building relationships. You will be responsible for market coverage (e.g., gap analysis and recruiting), enablement (e.g., onboarding, education and communications), expansion (e.g., business planning, joint marketing, portfolio management) and metrics (e.g., recurring revenue, new customers and retention).

**Your new adventure**:
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key partners
- Manage channel partner relationships, business planning, metric definitions, goals and business objectives
- Identify, recruit and onboard channel partners that support company strategy
- Lead the partner planning process to develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, critical milestones and regularly-held business review meetings
- Assist with sales, marketing and program enablement
- Coordinate engagement of sales, support, service, technical and management resources to meet partner performance objectives and expectations
- Coordinate with partner marketing to execute campaigns and events to create demand for Pipedrive’s products
- Track, measure and report on metrics/goals (e.g., revenue growth, customer adoption)
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives
- Report quarterly results to sales and executive management
- Ensure partner compliance with joint programs and contracts
- Manage potential channel conflict through excellent internal and external communication and strict adherence to channel rules of engagement
- Serve as internal channel advocate
**Does this sound like you?**:
- At least 5 years of experience selling software products through partner networks
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Hubspot, Zendesk, Freshworks and Zoho and how they partner
- Proficient in English
- Calm and strategic mindset
- Comfortable in a quota measurement environment
- Strong channel network skills to target and recruit new partners
- Excellent time management, verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Able to coach and advise colleagues on channel strategies
- Proven success in a fast-paced, challenging and dynamic environment
- Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks independently or as a team
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Willing to travel up to 20% of working time
- Bachelor degree (or equivalent) and proven experience in related field
