Our one of the high-end modern Indian restaurants located in Lisbon, is currently seeking a highly capable and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team.

As the Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operations and exceptional customer experience of our establishment. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, managing staff, coordinating reservations, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and handle customer concerns with professionalism
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture is a plus

**This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary of 22,000 EUR per annum plus tips, based on a 40-hour per week over 5 days.**
