GoContact and Broadvoice - a combined company specialized in integrated Contact Center solutions. Broadvoice is recruiting a 1st Line Technical Support to join our team. **YOUR DAY-TO-DAY**:
- Will support our web and cloud-based platform to our customers.
- First-line support on a shift basis.
- Interaction with other teams in the context of managing customer orders.
- Monitoring and solving technical problems of customers.
**WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM**:
- 2+ years of experience in Technical Support
- **Fluency in Spanish and English.**:
- Knowledge or contact with the GoContact platform.
- Good knowledge of programming concepts.
- Knowledge of VOIP concepts.
- Good communication and argumentation skills.
- Strong critical sense.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Previous experience in Contact Center will be considered a plus.
