AML QUALITY ASSURANCE OFFICER (JOB NUMBER: 2204GMOCM10837) **About the job** - Perform reviews of Anti Money Laundering automated alerts closed by the Level 1 AML team to ensure that all the correct procedures are being followed. **Your Main Activities Are** - Perform a review of Automated Alerts closed at Level 1 and escalated to Level 2 - Test the outcome reached by the Level 1 Analysts and the compliance of the alert management at Level 1 with the AML operating procedures and other relevant applicable procedures - Produce reports on the outcome of the regular QA review process - Provide feedback to management, teams of analysts and individual analysts - Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA processes **Profile and Skills to Success** - Bachelor Degree in Economics / Finance / Acounting - Up to 2 years of relevant experience in Compliance / Audit / Risk and Controls - Fluency in English, both oral and written are mandatory - Knowledge in - Compliance (it’s a plus) - Actimize - Office pack - MS Office Tools (Word; Excel; Power Point) - Skills - Ability to collaborate / Teamwork - Ability to deliver / Results driven - Critical thinking **Why joining BNP Paribas?**: - **Leading banking institution** BNP Paribas is a leader in the Eurozone, and a prominent international banking institution with strong roots in Europe's banking history.
