The Cluster F&B Manager is in charge of the management of the common areas for the daily operation and the marketing of the events done in the food and bar areas.

**BAR AND RESTAURANTS RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Keeping the manpower quotes full as possible by recruiting the manpower on time.
- Building and Following onboarding & training schedule for all departments.
- Making sure that high level customer service is given.
- Making sure that the protocols are being followed.
- Writing and following opening/shift change/ closing checklist and protocol for F&B areas.
- Writing and following training schedules for all departments.
- Manage the Daily brief according to the daily brief protocol.
- Updating inventory orders according to the number of guests.
- Making sure that all maintenance protocols are being followed.
- Keeping all BOM updated with prices.
- Keeping the F & B area in the best maintenance condition as possible according to protocol.
- Making sure that waste protocol is being done.
- Updating daily / monthly reports by protocol.
- Have full knowledge of all the software that manages the location.
- He’ll be the only responsible to the daily operation of the f&b areas.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and licensing laws
- Support on handling customer complaints and queries
- Planning work schedules for individuals and teams
- Meeting and greeting customers
- Send invoices to accounting department
- Dealing with contractors and suppliers
- Ensuring security is effective;
- Providing F&B daily and monthly report to headquarters
- Has to be empathic to workers and show interest in how they’re feeling about their position/daily duties

**EVENTS & MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- In charge of operating Selina’s events happening in the playground space.
- Support DJ’s & artists scheduled for the location.
- Building schedule of events at the hostel at the playground
- Producing special events according to Events strategy
- Feedbacking reports of artists who performed at Selina for future relevance.
- Publish monthly schedule for the location events.
- In charge of verifying that the right playlists are playing.
- In charge of Selina sound visual equipment maintenance & operation.
- In charge of decorating F&B area with concepts approved
- In charge of updating the location manager with a monthly event schedule to insure dedicated volunteers for general work in event.
- Delivering events on time, within budget, that meet and hopefully exceed expectations.
- Fully Bilingual (English and local language)
- Strong organization and time management skills (to manage schedules, budgets, etc)
- Previous management experience
