**The Role: HR Shared Services Analyst**

As an **HR Shared Services Analyst**, you will be the **first point of contact**for employee inquiries, ensuring smooth and compliant HR operations. You’ll work closely with HR colleagues and other departments to deliver a **positive employee experience**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and prepare HR-related documents
- Maintain and update employee data in HR systems
- Respond to employee queries in a timely and professional manner
- Support HR programs, including onboarding and offboarding processes
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and employment regulations
- Escalate complex queries to senior HR team members when needed
- Provide administrative support across various HR functions
- Collect and analyze HR data to support reporting and insightsBuild and maintain strong internal client relationships

**Who You Are**

To succeed in this role, you bring a **customer-focused mindset**, strong **organizational skills**, and a passion for **HR operations**.

**Requirements**:

- University or College degree
- 7-12 months of experience in a **customer-facing HR role**:

- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and administrative abilities
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office**(Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with **HR systems**(e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle) is a plusLanguage skills in Spanish or French is a plus
