We are looking for a pro-active, ambitious person, willing to work in a multicultural environment full of challenges
**What is your mission?**
- daily missions can vary depending on the needs of each given day, typicals tasks include;
- Providing telephone support and direct phone calls
- Visiting properties to inspect them to ensure they meet our quality standards
- Assisting with the check-in of guests either at our properties in our offices
- Coordinating with various suppliers such as maintenance technicians, electricians, plumbers, etc.
- Organize and arrange specific services during events - catering, coffee breaks, etc.
- Support in organizing and traveling
- Invoicing support
- Ensuring guest payments are up to date
- Providing general administrative support
**What do we need?**
- To be eligble for IEFP
- A qualification in hospitality or tourism is desirable
- Fluent in English & Portuguese
- Good command of MS-Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Internal customer focus and management of relations with different departments: focus on solutions and employee/external visitors' well-being
- Rigor, detail and quality orientation
- Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Autonomous and problem-solving person
