**Invoicing Analyst**: We're always searching for new talentand that might be you At the moment, we have an opportunity for an
**Invoicing Analyst.**

**Main Activities will be**:
Ensure correct booking of invoices (General Ledger Account, VAT rate, Cost Centre, Purchase Order);
Identify, complete and request missing information;
Analyse and communicate discrepancy between purchase orders and invoices;
Issue outgoing invoices (order To cash);
Perform controls in line with corporate procedures and control plan;

**Prefered Skills**:
University degree or equivalent in Accounting, Economics, Business Management or other related field;
Relevant experience as accounting officer or in a similar role;

Strong SAP user experience as accounts payable with advanced knowledge of P2P and accounts receivable;
Knowledge of VAT;
Fluent in English (minimum B2 Level, CECRL certificate), good level in French is a plus;
Ability to work under tight deadlines with flexible schedules and with international locations;
Organizational skills and good attention to detail;
Ability to synthetize and to give feedbacks to peers;
Strong team spirit;
Good communication skills (spoken & written), proactive attitude and problem solving.
