Maintenance Coordinator

This professional will be responsible for managing the maintenance and infrastructures team, coordinating all the operations regarding maintenance plans, preventive and corrective maintenance, safety, budget, and spare parts management.

**Main Activities and Responsibilities**:

- Define and manage the implementation of the preventive maintenance plan;
- Define the annual budget for the department and assume its control and management;
- Be an active part in the safety and quality first mentality and act accordingly;
- Define and manage the external suppliers of service and materials for the department;
- Maintain and improve the KPIs for the department;
- Define and manage spare parts stocks;
- Be active in the development plan for the team, assuming an important role on their motivation and alignment;
- Participation in continuous improvement projects;
- Define and implement CapEx replacements.

**We are looking for**:

- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or other relevant area);
- Experienced professional in the Industrial Maintenance area (3-5 years);
- Strong analytical skills, with a mindset of problem-solving;
- Team player, with strong people management skills with focus on developing the team;
- Ability to work in an organized and structured method;
- Good MS Excel Knowledge;
- Knowledge of SAP PM;
- Fluent in English (is a plus).
