**Who you are**:
As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for leading and executing the marketing strategy to drive growth, brand awareness, and customer acquisition for Aptoide. You will lead a talented team of marketers across multiple disciplines, including digital marketing, PR, content, performance marketing, and brand development. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, creativity, and data-driven execution to expand our global presence in our ecosystem.

**What are you going to do?**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive global marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives and drives user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth considering our B2B and B2C products.
- Define key marketing initiatives and KPIs across digital marketing, product marketing, events, and partnerships.
- Collaborate with company management and cross-functional teams, including Product, Business Development, Community, Influencers, Operations, and HR to align marketing with broader company goals.
- Collaborate with external partners/agencies in order to best achieve Aptoide’s marketing needs and goals.
- Lead and mentor a marketing team across various functions (content, performance marketing, branding, partnerships, events, etc.).
- Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and innovation, while setting clear performance expectations.
- Oversee brand development and ensure consistent messaging across all external channels.
- Lead initiatives that build brand awareness and trust with different audiences such as users, app developers, partners, and potential employees.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention through data-driven digital marketing strategies in social media, paid ads/acquisition, and influencers.
- Optimize and manage marketing budgets across channels, ensuring maximum ROI on spend.
- Lead efforts to improve user conversion, engagement, and retention on both Android and iOS platforms.
- Build and nurture strategic contacts with key industry players to drive product awareness and adoption.
- Utilize data and analytics to monitor, measure, and optimize marketing and branding performance across all channels.
- Provide regular reports and insights on campaign effectiveness, customer acquisition costs (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and other key metrics.

**What are we looking for?**:

- 7+ years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Proven track record in marketing for tech companies, ideally in mobile apps, gaming, or SaaS [B2B and B2C products].
- Experience leading marketing strategies across both Android and iOS ecosystems is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, user acquisition strategies, and brand building.
- Demonstrated experience building and managing high-performing marketing teams.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and mentor marketing professionals.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven approach to marketing decisions.
- Ability to balance long-term brand strategy with short-term performance marketing needs.
- Ability to develop creative, innovative marketing campaigns that capture attention and drive engagement.
- A strong sense of design and brand identity is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Indicative), and ad management platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
