JOYN’s mission is to simplify people’s lives and companies’ operations. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop solution features according to business needs and drivers, following OutSystems development best practices, ensuring solution performance and users adoption - Support and guide OutSystems consultants - Develop integrations with external systems and Infosistema’s products, aligned with the defined solution architecture - Finish all assigned tasks with quality within the agreed delivery dates - Perform unit, functional, end-to-end, performance, integration testing, according to predefined test cases, executing the necessary bug fixing **Key Requirements** - Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in information technology or similar - Solid experience in OutSystems platform - Knowledge of Agile methodologies and best practices - Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS and SQL - OutSystems certification (optional and a plus) - Analytical and problem-solving mindset, customer oriented and team worker - Fast learner, creative and able to think-out-of-the-box - Energetic and able to energize and inspire others - Passionate about technology - Fluent in English, both written and spoken - Available to travel abroad for short periods of time (
