Customer Support Technician - Electric Charging Sector

As a leader in electric charging, our client manages charging stations for public and private developers, such as cities, local authorities, businesses, shops, hotels, restaurants, parking lots, and others. Terminal owners rely on our company for technical station operations and driver relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
- First Point of Contact - Act as the initial point of contact for clients, quickly resolving their technical issues.
- Technical Problem Solving - Effectively resolve technical difficulties, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Customer Engagement - Actively listen, educate, and provide solutions, improving the user experience.
- Partnership Approach - Serve not only as support but as a partner that extends the commitment to service quality promoted by the team.
- Seamless Experience - Ensure a seamless user experience, maintaining high service standards and prolonging customer engagement.
- Contribute to the Energy Transition - Participate in the company's mission for energy transition, focusing on customer satisfaction.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills;
- Business-level English proficiency (B2);
- Contact center/customer service experience preferred;
- Product support experience advantageous;
- Familiarity with electric vehicle charging products and a basic understanding of sustainable energy solutions is a plus;
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment;
- Ability to resolve complex customer problems;
- Availability to work rotating shifts (24/7).

Base Salary paid over 14 months: 930.00€

Complexity Bonus paid over 11 months: 70.00€

Meal Allowance (net) 7.63€ per working day
