- Deliver high-quality English lessons aligned with the **British National Curriculum**, ensuring engaging and effective learning experiences.
- Develop and implement creative and differentiated lesson plans that cater to a diverse range of student abilities and learning styles.
- Foster a love for reading, writing, and literacy through interactive and immersive teaching methods.
- Assess, monitor, and track student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents to support academic development.
- Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment where students feel motivated to achieve their full potential.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance cross-curricular learning opportunities and uphold the school's commitment to excellence.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE**:

- A **relevant degree** in Education, English, or a related field.
- A **recognised teaching qualification** (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
- **Experience teaching English within a British Curriculum primary setting**.
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a **positive and engaging learning environment**.
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
