**Role**: German Speaking Video Content Moderator
**Location**: Lisbon
**Salary**: €18,500 gross per year + up to 5% performance bonus + monthly meal allowance + monthly transport allowance
**Night shifts**: +25% pay for hours worked between 22:00-07:00
**Hours**: 40 hours per week, rotational shifts (24/7 operations)
**Relocation**: €2,500 gross relocation bonus (paid with first salary)

Our client is a Fortune 500 American multinational providing IT, digital technology, consulting, and operations services. They are expanding their Lisbon team to support one of the world’s most popular video streaming platforms.

**The Role**

As a Video Content Moderator, you will help keep the platform safe and enjoyable by reviewing user-reported content and ensuring compliance with community standards.

Your main tasks will include:

- Reviewing and classifying user-reported video and media content
- Identifying and escalating non-compliant material quickly
- Making balanced decisions according to policies and guidelines
- Using market knowledge to suggest improvements in user support
- Reviewing sensitive content (which may include graphic material)

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in **German**, good command of **English**:

- Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night - 7 days a week)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Quick learner, adaptable, and detail-oriented
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to maintain a neutral mindset when reviewing varied content
