**RESPONSIBILITIES**
-  In charge of defined scope of maintenance activities (creation, modification, validation, deletion of master data) in the group ERP environment**MAIN TASKS**
-  To ensure data entry and administration with accuracy, high level of confidentiality and in compliance with company standards, within agreed time frame
-  To ensure the integrity and reporting of the data and information you are responsible for
-  To compile and analyse data and information, to alert on trends and recurring themes
-  To maintain management systems and tools wherever they are applied for your assigned expertise area
-  To contribute to create, review, improve and update procedures and work instructions
-  To define with the data owner the KPIs to be followed and report them regularly
-  To create and control quality for a specific scope of transversal master & reference data**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Graduation from college or university with major in business, management information systems, computer science or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Data Administrator or Data Management activities
- Working experience on ServiceNow platform
- Knowledge of master and reference Data Management
- Analytical skills, solution-oriented, and curious
- Fluent in English, Portuguese speaker is a plus
