**Position Summary**

We are looking for a **Commercial Development Specialist** to join our Commercial Development team from Nestlé Retail Coffee business. Your mission will be to develop and deploy category strategy, tactics and Coffee plans to Retail channel.

**A day in the life of a Commercial Development Specialist**
- Develop and implement local channel plans, aligned with central plans;
- Develop/tailor the Category Drivers to Sub-Channels, that will deliver against the opportunities in the Channel and get agreement to the Drivers approach from Sales;
- Define and deploy the Picture of Success for the Category;
- Develop and execute the POP Vison, through Category Assortment, Placement/planograms and Merchandising recommendations/plans;
- Recommendation on the Category Promotion Plan, that will deliver the Category Drivers and growth opportunities;
- Ensure category management principals are included in the ways of working mainly in the partnership customers, so the category message is translated clearly in the business;
- Consistently seek and share best practices across similar categories both on local and European basis;
- Give inputs to Monthly Planning Cycle;
- Lead SRM deployment in Retail Channel and CR (MBP Cycle);
- Customer's roadmaps and quarterly category reviews in TOP customers;
- Participation in Central category and channel meetings;
- Develop category selling stories.

**What will make you successful**
- University degree/ master’s degree in Management, Marketing, Sales and/or Economics
- Between 3 to 5 years of experience in CDT, Sales and/or Marketing/ Trade Analyst roles working with Retail Channel (preferable)
- Proficiency in English
- Demonstrated commercial competencies such as Lead Category Development; Develop Winning Strategies and Plans; Win in Omni-Channel; Deliver Superior Store Execution; Drive Profitable Revenue Growth; Master Shopper Understanding
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence
- Analytical and structured thinker
- Solid planning and decision making skills
- Strong team player and results-oriented profile
- Adaptability, energy and drive
