**Remuneration**: €1,400 base salary + €150 meal allowance (14 monthly payments per year) + Semestral Performance Bonus

I-Hire Agency Ltd has partnered with a multinational BPO company that specializes in providing exceptional customer support and sales services to renowned global brands. Together, we are seeking a motivated and dynamic English-speaking Recruiter to help build high-performing teams and support ongoing talent acquisition efforts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with internal departments and hiring managers to validate recruitment needs
- Manage onboarding and integration of new employees
- Create, update, and maintain recruitment reports and databases

**Requirements**:

- Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong written and verbal communication skills
- University degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related field
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with recruitment methods including hiring profiles, assessments, interviews, and follow-up
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Proficiency in sourcing techniques and understanding of referral programs
- Positive attitude and community-building mindset
