**Job Purpose**
As a Senior Project Manager - New Product Introduction, you will coordinate cross-functional activities to plan, organize, and implement new products, product line enhancements, quality improvements, and cost reduction initiatives.
**A glimpse of your daily mission**
- Coordinate and align cross-functional efforts on projects of varying complexity.
- Develop detailed project plans, including resource coordination, activities, and timelines.
- Ensure project deliverables meet cost, schedule, quality, and manufacturability targets.
- Facilitate collaboration, problem-solving, and information flow across stakeholders.
- Monitor project risks and ensure adherence to company processes and standards.
- Prepare and present project status updates and performance reports to management.
- Liaise with suppliers, consultants, and external partners to support project success.
- Occasionally travel, including internationally, to support project execution.
**Your Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA and Project Management Professional certification are a plus).
- 7-10 years of experience in product development, with exposure to cross-functional project work.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Full professional proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time, including internationally.
