**The Opportunity**
- **Provide actuarial and data services** to the pensions market as part of a collaborative team.
- **Act as an expert** in technical actuarial matters related to pensions.
- **Analyze and produce reports** based on client needs and business requirements.
- **Process and validate data** with precision, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- **Manage projects effectively**, planning and prioritizing tasks.
- **Track progress** on daily, weekly, and monthly project deliverables.
- **Identify risks and issues**, escalating them when necessary.
- **Build strong relationships** with consulting office teams.
- **Support team members**, mentoring junior colleagues and assisting senior stakeholders.
- **Stay up to date** with regulatory and industry developments.

**What We’re Looking For**

We’re seeking a **highly motivated actuarial professional** who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

**Your Profile**:

- **FIA qualified**or making strong exam progress
- **Proven experience**in actuarial valuation work and/or actuarial consultancy.
- **Deep knowledge of UK DB Pensions**, particularly GMP complexities and legislative requirements.
- **Strong analytical and reconciliation skills** in Excel.
- **Up-to-date awareness of industry trends** and how they impact clients.
- **Excellent written and verbal communication skills**, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- **Meticulous attention to detail** and commitment to quality.
- **Problem-solving mindset** with the ability to analyze complex data.
- **Team-oriented approach**, eager to mentor and support colleagues.
