As the biggest IT distributor in the world, our mission is to provide top-notch cybersecurity solutions, empowering businesses and individuals to navigate the digital world safely and efficiently. **About the role**: As an **Internal Sales Specialist in VMware**, you will be specialized in within the **Advanced Solutions Business Unit** allocated to accounts where possible, deep knowledge of portfolio, process and vendor pricing, manages all quotes and closes orders; incentivized based on part of the portfolio. **What you'll do**: - Build Excellent customer and vendor sales relationships through **proactive engagement and demonstrable specialist product knowledge** under supervision. - ** Generate new business opportunities** by planning outbound calls to customers and can have a general conversation around a Data & Applications area. - Achieve **monthly/quarterly Revenue** and Margin targets. - Proactively develop relationships with **key internal and external** contacts. - Engages in **active inside selling** by using a number of different sources to gain information on customers and uses this to maximize call potential and outcomes. - Manages **customer back order along specialist knowledge** and engages in "intelligent project fishing". - Provide, sell and negotiate **product information, pricing, special offers and promotions**. - Attainment of Key Performance Indicators (**KPI's**) such as customer engagement. - ** Identifies project opportunities** and engages with BDMs if specific product/ vendor knowledge is required. - ** Generate and own a pipeline of deals** in TD SYNNEX's CRM system, which is regularly reviewed and updated and ensure active closure of opportunities. **What we're kindly looking for**: - Minimum 1 year of previous experience in Inside Sales in the IT Scope. - A knowledge of product set (VMWare or similar) would be desirable. - ** Portuguese is mandatory.**Fluency in English and Spanish are desirable. - ** Location: Lisbon.** **What We Offer**: We provide competitive compensation with **regular annual salary reviews.** **Hybrid work** (3 days at the office, 2 days at home).
