Position: Customer Support Specialist

Location: Lisbon, Portugal - Remote

Employment type: Full-time

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Handle sensitive and classified information, with a focus on confidentiality.
- Meet deadlines while maintaining high efficiency and quality of work under pressure.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail, understanding that even minor aspects can have significant impact.
- Make decisions and complete tasks independently with mínimal supervision.
- Actively solve problems and deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Focus on customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively as a team member, contributing to overall success.
- Track and focus on personal and team KPIs, maintaining a positive, results-driven attitude.
- Flexibly manage workload and adjust to varying order volumes

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Native/Fluent level Czech, both oral and written, as well as fluency in English (at least B2 level).
- Ability to work in a highly sensitive, confidential environment.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Proven ability to make decisions and work autonomously.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Enthusiasm for tracking and improving both individual and team performance metrics.
- Familiarity with SAP and back-office operations is an advantage (training can be provided).
