**Key responsabilities**:

- Implement strategic collection activities to optimize cash receipts.
- Contact customers to understand reasons for non-payment.
- Issue payment commitment letters and credit hold notifications.
- Manage customer credit changes and small claims court complaints.
- Maintain precise records of customer payment status.

**What you will bring**:

- Minimum High School diploma.
- Background in AR or Collections is advantageous.
- Proficient in Google and Microsoft tools (Excel proficiency is mandatory).
- Experience with Oracle Financial Applications is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High proficiency in English and French.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
