**ONboarding People Solutions** is currently looking for a **Oracle Developer Core Banking** (M/F) profiles for our client's team, a joint venture dedicated to developing IT solutions.
- Minimum experience: 5 to 7 years
- Experience of infrastructure and shared service testing (AD Migrations, Sharepoint Upgrades etc).
- Experience of Saas solutions, understanding the challenges which come with trying to test them as they come into our ecosphere.
- Full lifecycle QE management experience.
- Managing off-shore personnel.
- Experienced in stakeholder management.
- Flexible on SDLC type (waterfall, agile-like, etc.).
- Superb communicator.
- Good leadership acumen (lead up and down the line).
- Strong stakeholder communicator, particularly in selling QE into projects.
