**YOUR ROLE**:
We are looking for motivated Manager Consulting IT Strategy specialized in Generative AI to join our teams in Lisbon.

In this role you will be responsible for:

- Advisory Services: Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on leveraging Generative AI technologies to address business challenges and opportunities.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to design tailored Generative AI solutions and architectures that align with their strategic goals and operational needs.
- Operating Model Development: Develop Generative AI operating models that outline the governance, processes, and resources required to support effective AI implementation and utilization.
- Business Case Creation: Assist clients in creating compelling business cases for Generative AI initiatives, demonstrating the potential value and ROI of investing in AI technologies.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders, understanding their requirements, and ensuring that advisory services meet their expectations.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of consultants and specialists, providing direction, mentorship, and support to drive successful project outcomes.
- Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Generative AI projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Continuous Learning and Innovation: Stay updated on the latest trends in Generative AI, explore new tools and methodologies, and drive innovation within the advisory practice.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as data scientists, engineers, and business analysts, to integrate Generative AI solutions into broader digital transformation initiatives.
- Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure that Generative AI solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with industry best practices.

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role within the AI or technology consulting industry.
- Demonstrated experience in advising clients on AI strategies, solutions, and implementation best practices.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering AI projects that drive business value and innovation.
- Experience working with Fortune 500 companies or large enterprises on AI initiatives would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in developing AI operating models and solutions tailored to specific organizational needs.
- Ability to design and architect AI solutions that align with business objectives and requirements.
- Experience in building business cases for AI initiatives, including cost-benefit analysis and ROI projections.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Project management skills to lead AI implementation projects from inception to delivery.
