The activities performed in Natixis in Portugal consist of an accelerator of BPCE Infogérance & Technologies strategic ambitions, fully integrated in the global organization model. Driven by growth, expertise, transformation and agility, this project embraces an international mindset and a diverse skill set. To achieve this goal:

- He is fully integrated into the agile scrum of the project. (Homologation Team = one Pizza Team).
He is a collaborator of the team. He report the activities of the team through JIRA Project, tickets, sprint.
- As he is integrated to the main meeting of the project, he is able to understand/handle the technical impact of each functional change and execute technical tests.

He is one or the principal actor of the evolutions of the product. Both for the anomalies opened or change request to improve the performance, the exploitability, the security of the product.

To measure the activities/performance of the team, there are main measure points:

- Performance:

- Number of tickets opened on each service desk (Meniga & BPCE-SI). It could be anomalies or change requests.
- Number of Issue detected in production having a technical cause. (high cpu usage, high memory usage, low response time for APIs, low response time to insert a transaction, etc...).
- Activities:

- Number of technical story opened and closed (ticket in the Backlog) (Scrum)

Our authentication platform is used 24/7/365 by the clients of 30 banks which represents more than 12 million active clients. Meniga’s solution editor is MENIGA (Island, Poland, UK).

Under the guidance of an integration manager, the mission is to carry out technical tests of the changes entrusted to the team before they are put into production. The activities of the integrator are:

- Learn about the change and its technical context
- complete the proposed test plan
- Prepare test infrastructures
- Perform technical tests on distributed servers
- perform the various performance tests on Neoload (or PerfCenter)
- Analyze the results
- Contribute to the diagnosis in case of dysfunction
- write detailed reports that will assist in GO/NOGO's decision to go live
- Build or update the reusable test estate for future integrations
- report to the Integration Manager
- Contribute to continuous improvement in particular on the testing activity
- Industrialize testing via ICPs.

Each recurring test, or about a major feature must be automatized.

**Missions**

For all or part of a project or program:

- Carries out and ensures the production and quality of all deliverables relating to the technical tests of the project,
- Contributes to the deployment of the project in production by enlightening the project on technical risks, aiming for production and secure operation,
- Guarantees the best quality-cost
