We are an International Real Estate Investment Group looking for a Solicitor/Lawyer experienced in Immigration, for our office based in Lisbon - Parque das Nações.

**Main responsibilities**:
Notarization of documents;
Regular follow-ups in the processes of real estate acquisition, in particular with regards to the elaboration of promissory contracts of sale and purchase, scheduling and representing clients before notary offices for the signature of public deeds and all the acts associated;
**Provide assistance to Non-Habitual Residents**:
Legal Assistance to obtain the Non-Habitual Resident Status
Advice on tax and social security issues
Drafting and preparation of real estate related contracts (i.e. lease agreements, real estate management agreements).

**IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- Degree in Law and Active Professional Ballot in the respective Order;
- Minimum professional experience - 2 years post-admission experience;
- Proficiency in English, written and speaking (mandatory);
- Experience in Registration Law (Commercial and Landing);
- Experience in Notary and practice of acts;
- Knowledge of Immigration Law;
- Availability and commitment;
- Ability to work with autonomy and proactivity;
- Mastery of the English language, written and spoken (other languages will be considered an asset);
- Excellent organization skills, cooperation, self motivation and ease of teamwork.
