**What You'll Do**

- Provide 1-on-1 telehealth/or onsite mental health support for Intellect’s clients
- Address a range of clinical cases, including depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, and more
- Partner with our internal clinical team to improve the platform and client programs

**Requirements**:

- Qualifications: Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or an equivalent accredited programme
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience and 500 supervised clinical hours (excluding internships and academic placements)
- Expertise: Skilled in Trauma-Informed Therapeutic Approaches- Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT)
- Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for trauma survivors
- Somatic Experiencing (SE)

- Supervision Requirement: One supervision session every 2 months
- Experience: with trauma-related cases in psychiatric hospitals, mental health clinics, or similar settings
- Languages: Proficiency in English and Portuguese
- Preferred Background: Prior experience with EAP, adult counseling, or coaching managerial roles
- Flexibility: Openness to occasional onsite work, if necessary, is a plus
