**Support Specialist - Apoio ao Cliente (Francês fluente) | Lisboa**

Estamos a reforçar a nossa equipa de Apoio ao Cliente e procuramos profissionais com espírito de equipa, atenção ao detalhe e vontade de crescer.

**O que vais fazer**:

- Apoiar clientes em todas as etapas das encomendas online: entregas, devoluções, pagamentos, reembolsos e mais;
- Comunicar com transportadoras, bancos e equipas internas para garantir um serviço eficaz;
- Tratar informação sensível de forma segura e responsável (segundo as normas PCI e GDPR);
- Resolver pedidos complexos com autonomia, recorrendo à base de conhecimento sempre que necessário.

**O que procuramos em ti**:

- Fluência em francês (mínimo B2);
- Boa comunicação escrita e oral;
- Rigor, atenção ao detalhe e sentido de responsabilidade;
- Proatividade e gosto por trabalho em equipa;
- Experiência anterior em funções de back-office ou com SAP (valorizada);
- Flexibilidade para trabalhar por turnos rotativos, incluindo fins de semana.

- Contrato de trabalho estável com perspetivas de continuidade;
- Formação inicial paga (15 a 20 dias úteis, das 9h00 às 18h00, de segunda a sexta);
- Horário full-time rotativo entre as 07h00 e as 24h00, com folgas rotativas;

- **Alojamento incluído** (quarto ou apartamento) se resides a mais de 100 km de Lisboa;

Pagamento: 1 100,00€ - 1 500,00€ por mês
