Then we want YOU as Customer Service Trainer/Quality Supervisor to strengthen our team in Matosinhos.
**Your tasks**:
- You will be responsible for controlling productivity, quality and training
- You will support the project team leaders in their daily business
- You will manage our clients‘ requirements and their internal implementation
- You will create presentations for management
- You will lead the implementation of new services
**Your profile**:
- You have a background in commercial enterprise and/or a degree in business or similar and ideally you will have a few years of experience in a similar position in a call center environment.
- You have strong social and communication skills.
- You are fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
- Knowledge of German, Spanish or other languages is a plus.
- You can work independently and are highly organized
- You are confident, flexible and resilient.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills are absolutely necessary.
