**Key Responsibilities**
- Financial Management: Oversight of detailed financial reports, manage budgets, and contribute to financial forecasting, offering strategic insights that guide the company's financial decisions.
- Operational Finance: Supervise a wide range of financial operations including regulatory reporting and management accounting.
- Bookkeeping Excellence: Manage daily bookkeeping tasks with precision; Invoice processing, reconciling financial statements, and preparing tax documents, ensuring a clear and accurate financial record.
- Owner Account Management and Disbursements: Responsible for the meticulous recording and allocation of supplier invoices and other expenses. Each expense needs to be properly allocated to the correct property which entails conducting thorough account analyses, ensuring accurate disbursements to property owners. Show transparency and integrity in financial dealings with all stakeholders.
- Strategic Analysis: Utilize your expertise in financial analysis to provide actionable advice on revenue trends, potential growth opportunities, and strategies to bolster the financial health of the business.
- Software and Compliance: Spearhead the integration of cutting-edge accounting software, streamline financial processes, and maintain strict compliance with relevant financial legislation, safeguarding the company's integrity.
- Tax Reporting: Prepare and submit all required yearly and quarterly tax reports on time and with the utmost accuracy. Provide guidance on taxation best practices and recommendations on potential tax saving opportunities.
- Payroll: Manage and pay employee salaries in confidentiality.
- Professional accounting qualification with a strong background in both accounting and bookkeeping.
- Demonstrable experience in financial reporting, analysis, tax preparation, and budget management.
- Proficiency in modern accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
- A strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for optimizing financial processes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information in a clear and understandable manner.
- A collaborative spirit, capable of working closely with various departments to achieve financial efficiency and growth.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent
- Active Contabilista Certificado license
- Minimum of three years of experience as a Contabilista Certificado
- Experience with preparing and analysing financial reports
- Knowledge of accounting systems, such as Central Gest or Primavera, and procedures
- Knowledge of accounting system Izibizi an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in Portuguese and English
