I&d Trainee

**ROLE**:

- Conduct market research to identify current trends, consumer preferences, and emerging technologies in the food supplements industry.
- Assist in the formulation and creation of new food supplement products, considering factors such as ingredients, nutritional value, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Participate in innovation projects aimed at improving existing products, exploring new ingredients, or developing novel delivery methods for supplements.
- Propose creative and innovative ideas to enhance the company's product portfolio and address consumer needs.
- Assist in conducting product testing, sensory evaluations, and quality control checks to ensure products meet established standards.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure products comply with relevant regulations and safety guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of formulation, testing, and project progress for future reference and regulatory purposes.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in fields related to nutrition, food science, biochemistry, chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of nutrition, dietary supplements, and food science principles.
- Familiarity with ingredient sourcing, formulation, and product development processes.
- Basic laboratory skills for conducting experiments, tests, and quality control checks.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills
