Engineering Manager, App Platform

Currently, PandaDoc is seeking a** Senior Engineering Manager to join our AI Team** in the **Application Platform Track**. **The Application Platform Track is responsible for several mission-critical domain services. We ensure their reliability, performance, versatility, and ease of use for internal and external stakeholders. Our objective is to develop robust, multi-product service solutions that enable product, business operations, finance, and customer success teams to integrate and operate effectively.** **The AI Team is focused on developing two key areas: first, an AI Platform designed to empower product teams company-wide to leverage AI to enhance our product offerings, and second, fundamental AI product features that necessitate integration with specialized AI solutions.** We are looking for a future Teammate who believes in the collaborative and growth-focused culture we value at PandaDoc. You will set ambitious goals and help teams and individuals to achieve them. **As a part of track engineering leadership**, you will be able to drive or/and contribute to track-wide and company-wide initiatives. **In this role, you will**: - Be at the forefront of applied AI technologies and help teams build systems that leverages AI to enhance the product offering - Help to develop and maintain engineering processes, delivery, and collaboration among multiple engineering teams; - Manage the performance and growth of engineers in your teams; - Ensure the stability and reliability of the system no matter what; - Partner with stakeholders to establish an environment for predictable delivery; - Help shape and translate the company and product priorities into a clear and actionable engineering roadmap, balanced with tech debt and other engineering priorities; - Collaborate with a product team to align engineering with the product strategy and needs; - Recruit and build an engineering team; - Be a change agent for continuously transforming environments. **About you**: - Over 8 years of engineering experience, including relevant experience in a management role; - Previously worked as a Software Engineer; - Have experience working with AI technologies; - Managed multiple teams and/or teams with complex dependencies; - Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills; - Previously worked in a product organization; - Experienced in managing delivery processes; - A self-starter who thrives in a rapidly changing business environment; - You are customer - and product-focused. **Company Overview**: **Company Culture**: We're known for our work-life balance, kind co-workers, & creative virtual team-bonding events.
