**Requirements**:

- **Educational Background**: Degree in Architecture; licensed architect.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Advanced proficiency in Archicad, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles is a plus.
- **Languages**:

- Native or fluent in Portuguese.
- Fluent or very strong in English.
- **Other Skills**:

- Solid experience with BIM software.
- Project management skills and client interaction experience.
- Strong 3D visualization skills and organizational capabilities.

**Work Environment**:
Experience the flexibility of a hybrid work environment, primarily remote, with occasional meetings in Setúbal or Lisbon. This setup allows you to balance your professional and personal commitments while contributing to innovative projects.
