We are seeking an experienced **DevOps Coach** to guide our teams in adopting DevOps principles and cultivating a culture focused on collaboration, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

As a DevOps Coach, you will collaborate across teams to assess practices, deliver training, and develop strategies for seamless integration between development and operations.

**Please note that working from the customer's office is required 2-3 days per week.**

**Responsibilities**
- Establish awareness and promote DevOps culture and its core values
- Bridge gaps between developers and operations teams to enhance communication and teamwork
- Define roadmaps for achieving required DevOps maturity levels, including Continuous Everything strategies
- Share best practices, processes, and tools through customized workshops and training sessions
- Contribute to the design and implementation of DevOps pipeline components
- Analyze progress and provide insights for improving DevOps practices
- Address inefficiencies and remove barriers to streamline operations
- Align development and operations workstreams to foster integration
- Ensure smooth transitions to clients by facilitating effective handovers
- Collaborate with other coaches to align organizational efforts and maintain consistency

**Requirements**:

- 7+ years of experience in Agile, CI/CD, and infrastructure roles, including exposure to automation and DevOps pipelines
- Knowledge of Cloud computing platforms, virtualization technologies (VM), and Infrastructure as Code tools
- Background in ITIL practices, monitoring solutions, and production system management
- Proficiency in RHEL-based environments and expertise in cloud-native and hybrid setups
- Strong communication, leadership, and adaptability skills to align teams and tackle challenges

**Nice to have**
- Understanding of Oracle RDBMS
