We are looking for a **Scrum Master Consultant **tojoin our team.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in na Agile Environment and Agile transformation;
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, with a focus on a Scrum and Kanban frameworks;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectivelly engage and influence Product Owners, teams and stakeholders to all levels;
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is required;
- Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence;
- Ability to guide and support teams in self-organization and achieving high performance;
- Strong facilitation and conflit resolution skills, with the ability to foster a collaborative team environment;
- Commitment to continuos improvement and fostering a culture of learning and adaptability;
- Experience in remote and international setups;
- Fluent in written and spoken english
