**About Us**

Our wellness retreat in Albufeira is a sanctuary for relaxation and rejuvenation, attracting clients from across the globe. We offer tailored wellness programs, including yoga, meditation, and holistic therapies, in a serene environment. We are seeking an experienced and passionate **Wellness Retreat Manager** to lead our team and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Guest Experience**: Oversee all aspects of guest services, ensuring a seamless and memorable stay for our international clientele.
- **Team Leadership**: Recruit and manage staff, including therapists, yoga instructors, and support teams, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.
- **Operations Management**: Supervise daily operations, including scheduling, logistics, and facilities management, to ensure efficiency and excellence.
- **Financial Oversight**: Monitor budgets, manage expenses, and oversee bookings and payments to achieve financial goals.
- **Event Coordination**: Plan and execute wellness programs, workshops, and retreats, ensuring alignment with the retreat's vision and guest expectations.
- **Quality Assurance**: Maintain high standards of service and hygiene, adhering to regulatory requirements and guest satisfaction benchmarks.
- **Marketing Support**: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the retreat, manage online reviews, and respond to guest feedback effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in the **hospitality industry**, preferably in a managerial role at a boutique hotel, resort, or wellness retreat.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Outstanding communication skills; proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of Portuguese or other languages is a plus.
- A passion for wellness, mindfulness, and holistic therapies is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using hospitality management systems and tools.
