We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Support Agent to join our remote team. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience with our services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with booking services, rescheduling appointments, and managing their accounts.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cleaning professionals and other team members to address customer needs and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide feedback to the team to improve our services and customer experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English. Additional EU languages are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- High level of empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
