**About the Internship**

This internship is an amazing opportunity to get real hands-on experience in a **fast-paced startup environment**. You’ll be working directly with our **Growth Marketing Manager** and collaborating with cross-functional teams across **Product, Brand, and Sales**, with a strong focus on the **U.S. market**.

**What You’ll Learn (and Do)**
- Assist in building and optimizing acquisition and retention strategies;
- Learn how our omnichannel sales model works across DTC, Amazon, Faire, TikTok and more;
- Analyze performance metrics and suggest data-driven improvements;
- Prioritize tasks, document processes, and report on key learnings; and
- Work across teams to deliver impactful marketing actions.

**Who We’re Looking For**
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Management, Communication, Advertising, or a related field;
- Curious and eager to learn — especially about digital marketing tools and tactics;
- Proactive, organized, and not afraid to take initiative;
- Great communication skills and comfortable working in English; and
- (Nice to have) Interest or experience in AI, automation tools, UX/UI design, or analytics.

**What We Offer**
- IEFP-paid internship contract via **ATIVAR.PT** (6 months);
- Daily **meal allowance of €9.60** (paid on meal card);
