**Job Description**:
Mid-level Finance Analyst to join the CUSO Model Governance team within Model Risk Management (MRM). The MRM Group within the Risk Department (Model Risk & Risk Governance) is responsible for Model Validation, Model Risk Assessment, and Model Risk Management for Natixis’ Group.

He/she/they, as part of the Model Risk Governance team, will be responsible for executing Quality Assurance controls on Model Risk Management processes and activities.

**Essential duties and responsibilities**
- Execute controls related to the proper execution of the Policies & Procedures
- Execute QC/QA tasks on reviews performed by the Model validation Team
- Participate in the reporting of the results of the controls performed, from the working on the various reports and presentation to present them to various level of management
- Design trainings on Policies and Procedures procedure and participate in provide them to various audiences (Model Owner, Model Validator )
- Proactively propose new controls/enhancements to ensure the highest adhesion to MRM P&P across the firm

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics or other business-related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the financial industry. Experience working with financial models is preferred.
- Ability to interact and work closely with business stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to effectively handle a fast-paced environment and successfully meet established deadline requirements.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- VBA / Power BI skills (preferred)

Early morning. Campo 24 de Agosto. In 4 minutes, you are clocking in at the office. After grabbing a cup of coffee and fresh fruit, pick up your laptop and choose your spot for the day. The afternoon went flying (tasks, reports, calls, some jokes with your teammates). End it on a high note: just one PlayStation game or the final match for that ping-pong tournament.

Tomorrow, you complete that certified technical training and the day after, you will work from home, taking advantage to finally do that online course on Udemy. Once you are done with your tasks for the day, you can visit the office for a board games session or show up at the rehearsal of one of Natixis bands. If that is too steady for you, meet your colleagues to surf some waves or join them in a football match.
