We are recruiting a **Business Analyst**(M/F) to strengthen our team in Porto, with the possibility of working in a hybrid model.

**What we are looking for**:

- 4 years of experience (minimum) as a Business Analyst;
- Experience with requirements gathering and analysis;
- Understanding of financial architecture principles, data models, chart of accounts, data flow design, and reporting integration;
- Experience in working closely with business teams to develop functional specifications and system designs that meet the organization's objectives;
- Experience in planning and execution of system testing to ensure alignment with business requirements and quality standards;
- Experience in providing training to end-users on new systems and processes;
- Proficiency in Excel and V-cycle methodologies;
- English: minimum B2 level (required).
