**Your role**:
Join our team, supporting month-end closing and budgeting development linked to manufacturing activities. The team works closely with other colleagues across the AS&UX division, including both site and central teams. In this role, you will be deeply involved in global consolidation processes and you will be able to interact with people from different areas of the globe (AP, EMEA and NA), developing your intercultural perspective. By working at a global position, you will have a much broader view of the business.

**Job Duties**:

- Prepare and analyze financial reports (P&L and others)
- Consolidate and analyze global manufacturing finance reports (forecast and budget)
- Support finance teams globally with appropriate reporting direction
- Ensures that plant goals and initiatives are developed in line with company values, strategic goals, and business plans by working directly with our 10 plants in AP, EMEA and NA
- Drive continuous improvement and use of best practices throughout the organization

**Your Background**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or

equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Very good knowledge of English
- 1-2 years of experience with cost controlling, accounting, auditing or

equivalent, can be an advantage
- Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
