**Your New Role**

Reporting into the site manager, our Service Delivery team have an exciting opportunity to bring on board a Apprentice Technician on a permanent basis at our site in Lisbon.
You as our new apprentice will support qualified technicians to install, maintain or repair Survitec products across one or more product categories, whilst working towards becoming fully competent. You will focus on delivering Survitec standard work to maintain and uphold right first time and operational efficiency.
**What You Can Expect from the Role**
**Key Responsibilities and accountabilities**:

- Supports qualified Service Technician to install, maintain and repair Survitec safety equipment to standard.
- Support the Service Operations team to implement controlled changes to process to deliver continuous improvement
- Help specialists set up and test new products or processes; installs complex systems according to training and competence level, seeking guidance and support where needed
- Carry out preventive maintenance inspections under supervision, develop the skills to identify and diagnose requirement for equipment and systems emergency repairs
- Develop and maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation and industry best practices through ongoing personal development
- Follows store requisition processes to maintain accurate stock levels and records
