Our platform is directly integrated and used by companies all over the world: from banks, to some of the biggest retailers, telecommunication companies and call centres. We manage big data in real-time, handling more than 13.000 million pageviews and 12 million calls a year, providing services such as Click2Call, call tracking, inbound calls, IVRs, etc.

As a
**Technical Writer**, you will join a product team with the responsibility of producing clear and concise technical documentation that effectively conveys complex information to diverse audiences.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Develop technical documentation, including user manuals, quick start guides, API documentation, system documentation, and other technical materials, designed to elucidate intricate concepts in a comprehensible manner.
- Oversee the generation, delivery, and upkeep of documentation throughout its entire lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the team to tailor our documentation to fulfill the requirements of users, stakeholders, and the organization.
- Prioritize the user experience by crafting documentation that is easily understood and user-friendly.
- Work closely with both technical and non-technical teams to ensure that the documentation aligns with user needs and the product development process.
- Establish, maintain, and enhance style guidelines for technical documentation, adhering to company standards and industry best practices.
- When required, manage and enhance the infrastructure for technical documentation.
- Provide support to other teams on terminology and language-related matters directly tied to the product.

**Key Requirements**
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in roles related to Technical Documentation, Documentation Management, Software Engineering, or closely related fields.
- University degree, preferably in Technical Communication, Informatics, or related disciplines.
- Proficiency in writing and communication, capable of conveying complex information clearly and concisely.
- Excellent communication skills in both Portuguese and English, both spoken and written.
- Effective at managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient in researching and comprehending complex technical concepts and terminology.
- Familiarity with technical writing tools like DocBook and Markdown, as well as Git version control workflows.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in your work.
- Effective time and resource management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
