**PROFILE**:
- Higher education in the field of Information Technology;
- Professional experience with PowerBI (Desktop/Service, Dashboards and PowerQuery);
- Professional experience with Grafana for customising dashboards from different datasources (Azure Monitor, InfluxDb, SQL, PRTG, etc.);
- Experience or knowledge of Dynatrace (Dashboards, Navigation, Alarm creation);
- Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly backlog definition and prioritisation, with definition of objectives per sprint;
- Proactivity in researching and implementing monitoring and observability solutions;
- Good communication skills and team spirit;
- Good organisational skills, autonomy and proactivity.
