We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer. - **2000 euros signing bonus**: - **Easy online recruitment process (phone call and video interview)** **Your tasks**: - Log call details into case management systems and provide responses and resolutions to customers. - Aim for the highest Customer Satisfaction scores by actively updating customers on status and resolution progress. - Deliver customer service for post-sales requests including delivery, warranties, and refunds. - Provide inbound sales support and promote products to increase revenue while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. - Log and follow up on orders or requests, capturing all required data elements in CRM as mandated by clients, policies, and products. **What you need**: - Fluency in Italian language (must be at least C2) - Fluent in English language (at least B2) - Ability to communicate clearly and effectively **What you will gain**: - Full time contract signed with a Portuguese employer - Salary of 1000€ gross x 14 months - Complexity bonus -100 € gross - Meal Allowance (net) 7.23€ per day - Transport allowance - 20€ per month - Health Insurance Since day 1 (free after 6 months) **Relocation package**: - Reimbursement of Airfare at the end of the 6th month of contract - up to 400€ in Economy class - Relocation from outside of Portugal: Room in a shared apartment for a maximum period of 12 months, with rent of 280€ with all utilities bills included (discounted directly from the payslip) ?PORld> Pay: 1,000.00€ - 1,200.00€ per month Application Question(s): - When can you start working? **Language**: - Italian (required) - English (required)
