Established in 2021, Consort Portugal supports the strategic offshoring choices of our clients, particularly in Europe, and brings our expertise in infrastructure services to the Portuguese market. With a team of around 45 employees, our Service Center based in Porto is developing a dynamic nearshore business, offering the French and European markets an environment of excellence and high potential.

**Application Support**

**This is your mission**

Build side:

- Implement upgrades, patches, and new functionalities with mínimal impact on end users
- Contribute to the definition and implementation of observability and monitoring best practices
- Support CI/CD pipeline setup and optimization using DevOps tools
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase system resilience and performance
- Ensure proper documentation of architectures, configurations, and operational procedures

Run side:

- Actively participate in incident management (P1/P2), including situation rooms and root cause analysis
- Identify incident trends and contribute to long-term, definitive solutions
- Execute change requests and deployments following ITIL and DevOps processes
- Ensure SLA compliance and ITIL governance within IT Production
- Proactively identify and resolve technical issues impacting business operations

You have at least **5 years of experience** in demanding **IT Production / Application Support** environments. You enjoy solving complex technical problems, working close to the business, and continuously improving systems and processes. You are looking for an environment where your ideas matter and where technology goes hand in hand with collaboration.

- Linux (RHEL) administration and troubleshooting
- Heap and thread dump analysis
- Performance optimization
- OpenShift and Cloud-native environments (Kubernetes)
- API Gateway integrations (Axway, Apigee)
- Monitoring and observability tools: Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Jaeger
- CI/CD tools and pipelines: GitLab, ArgoCD, Jenkins, Nexus Sonatype
- Infrastructure as Code: Ansible and/or Terraform
- Relational databases: MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL
- Scrum framework (practical experience)
