CLIENT MANAGEMENT REGULATIONS OFFICER (JOB NUMBER: 2304GMOCM14850) **About the job** The Regulatory Officer performs regulatory maintenance activities and provides support for all applicable regulatory requirements within Client Management’s mandate **Your Main Activities Are** - Organize, coordinate and ensure the successful completion of the production activity. - Implement the regulatory changes from an operational point of view. - Ensure reports have data accuracy and consistency. - Identify clients which are not regulatory compliant and define action plan for remediation. - Report progress, risks and issues to relevant stakeholders (Business, Legal, etc.) and Management - Contribute to process and tool improvements **Profile and Skills to Success** - University Degree, preferably in Economics, Management or Law - Fluency in English, with other languages such as French being a plus - Advanced use of Excel (Vlookups, Logic functions, Pivot tables), with VBA being a plus - Knowledge in financial regulations and financial products - Expertise in MIFID II and GDPR - Knowledge of the key functional areas in Investment Banking (processes, systems and organization) - Excellent communication skills - Strong attention to detail and sense of organization - Ability to make timely decisions and be accountable for results and to work under pressure - Resilience, curiousity and will to investigate **About the team** Client Management Regulations (CLMR) is a team focused on the Client and its main mandate is to provide him with high quality and be-spoke services according to its needs and potential, while being aligned with CIB Businesses' strategies.
