We are looking for highly skilled, experienced waitress and waiters to come and join our newly opening venue in Estoril.

About the venue itself: there are two parts to the project, with the first part opening in November of this year and the second part opening of summer 2025.

Phase one: Premium British themed pub - in this section you can expect a relaxing, upscale atmosphere providing the best service to our patrons. From the food to the fittings of the bar, no detail has been left unchecked. Brining 20 years of planning to life, no expense has been spared to make this vison a reality from having the largest outdoor flat screen TV in all of Portugal to the glassware that we use.

Our _**Michelin **_star chef will be bring numerous years of expertise and precision, as we believe in only the best.

As we are a newly opening venue, we will invest in training everyone on every aspect of your role and hospitality - something that is unique to normal Portuguese work environments.

With a certain type of luxury comes a certain type of clientele. We want to take your skill set and show you how you can go even further

Phase two: a premium, fine dining concept - this is the ultimate level of service. This space is more intimate and only senior staff with the right extensive training will be working in this space.

All projects are within the same venue.

**What we expect**:

- 2 years of experience within a similar venue
- Great communicator
- Well kempt
- International experience (not necessary, however highly desired)
- Knowledgeable of spirits, food, beer and wines
- **Must** **speak English** at a level B2 or above, Portuguese will be a bonus.
- Must be professional
- Right to work in Portugal

**Responsibilities**:

- Take customer orders and deliver food and beverages promptly.
- Be knowledgeable about the bar and restaurant menu to provide recommendations and answer questions.
- Stay attentive to guests' needs and ensure their satisfaction.
- Ensure food is prepared correctly and presented well.
- Adhere to proper alcohol handling, restaurant standards, procedures, rules, and health and safety requirements.
- Perform shift duties such as polishing glasses, and silverware, wiping tables, and maintaining a clean service area.
- Deliver checks and collect payments accurately.
- Open or close the service area at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Maintain the restaurant in perfect condition.
- Provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction.
