**Easy4Pro, the most successful and promising start-up of the Redspher Group (european leader of Premium Freight), is looking for an energetic and ground breaking team member to support the Easy4Pro community.**
**You will enjoy the excitement of working for a very dynamic start-up company, which has offices in Luxembourg, Paris and Detroit and which is already operating in more than 30 countries showing a growth above 400% in 2017.**
**In this role, you will report to the Operations Manager**:
**What you will do**:
- **
Ensure that every customer receives the right support according to its needs**
- ** Oversee and ensure conflict resolution either with carriers and/or customers**
- ** Follow up the company processes and workflows in order to give full satisfaction to our customers**
- ** Provide training to new customers and or suppliers joining the Easy4Pro community**
- ** Collaborate with the whole team with a continuous improvement approach**
- ** Support the invoicing process of the company**
**Your profile**:
- **
University Degree, B.S. or Master**
- ** Strong client communication abilities and capacity to communicate.**
- ** A self-starter who can demonstrate independence of thought and action (a person with great strength of proposal would be highly appreciated)**
- ** You speak English fluently. Notions of German or French would be a plus.**
- ** You are extremely customer oriented**
- ** You are always looking forward to find a quick and sustainable solution for your customer**
- ** You are also dynamic, highly motivated, rigorous, team player, hands-on, customer-oriented, flexible with a helicopter view, cost-consciousness and persuasiveness.**
- ** Experience in transportation (2PL, 3PL or 4PL) or Marketplace environement would be an advantage**
