**Job Overview and Responsibilities**
- Ensure bank booking and accounts reconciliation
- Accruals, prepayments and payroll booking and reconciliation
- Perform manual journal entries and General ledger postings
- Manage Fixed assets reconciliation, depreciation booking, capitalization and write-off
- Manage Monthly Business Report of Balance Sheet, Ageing and Liquidity
- Create and update General Ledger accounts
- In charge of intercompany reconciliation and Reporting
- Prepare VAT returns and VAT accounts reconciliation
- Intrastate preparation
- Manage Factoring activities
